Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the 'Return' option next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all manuals, cables, and remote controls included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
